I bought a dishwasher from these crooks, and have had nothing but GRIEF.
Go to Measured Up.Com and see what I saw…. 184 COMPLAINTS - many just like mine, in the first 30 pages (of a couple of hundred pages). So I stopped looking. I got the picture.
And if you want to get CREEPED OUT go to the SEARS store in the Cherry Creek North shopping area.
This is a GHOST STORE - never anybody around, no clerks, no music, no management - NOBODY … EVER !
SEARS, a once proud leader in retail (I worked for them once) is now a quietly fading name much like Thom McAn shoes !
The sorry thing about all this is they will take you for as much as they can, WHILE THEY STILL CAN !
FORGET any guarantee that SEARS offers you. They won’t be around to honor any because I think SEARS IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS !
My recent experience with SEARS included a lying clerk, an assistant manager who is just a go-fer, and a store manager who doesn’t know their own policies.
No one in management will take any responsibility, and will do absolutely nothing to keep a customer.
STAY AWAY FROM SEARS … unless you like punishment.
